Welcome! I am jacked to share my journey & dedication to personal health & fitness with you!
My name is Seth, and I’m an online fitness coach, husband, and father to four amazing kids. I started going to the gym when I was the tender age of 12, but my fitness journey truly began when I realized that building a family also meant building the best version of myself. I knew I had to leave behind destructive habits and embrace discipline, consistency, and hard work to become the husband and father my family deserved.
Over the years, I’ve conquered several personal battles—from breaking free of hard drugs and smoking to overcoming a sugar addiction (Whod of thunk). These challenges taught me the value of mental toughness, balance, and they helped shape me into the coach I am today. I understand firsthand how hard it can be to juggle work, family, and fitness, but I also know that change is possible when you want it bad enough and are willing to work for it.
As a coach, I bring understanding, motivation, and tough love when needed. I believe in holding my clients accountable while helping them build the habits they need to succeed long term. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to level up, I’m here to guide you. No matter your past, your future can be stronger, healthier, and better.
