why work with me?

Having been a journeyman welder as well as a husband and father of four, I know how busy life can be and how to work your health and fitness into it! Each of my clients receive an individually tailored program to help you meet your goals effectively and efficiently. We are all different as people, so your program should be as well! 

As well as a custom workout program, I also go over nutrition (Food, vitamins/minerals, hydration, supplementation)  and sleep, to make sure that everything is working together to maximize progress so you can reach your goals. We will do a weekly check-in and make adjustments if needed to ensure you are staying on track to meeting your goals.

I have been training in the gym for over 15yrs. With those years, I have acquired much knowledge through numerous courses, research, and my general time in/out of the gym about training techniques, nutrition (how to lose fat and gain muscle), sleep, and how to make positive mental shifts. And I LOVE passing it on to you…my client!

With having four kids, I've learned to be quite patient haha

  • Optimal Sleep Blueprint.

  • Weekly check-ins, with adjustments if needed, to keep you progressing toward your goals. Helping ensure you do not hit burn out, your exercises are working and we are moving towards your goals.

  • Exercise form checks to make sure you are performing each exercise properly. This is done via videos during your workout, to ensure you are engaging the desired muscle group & not causing injuries. You must send me workout videos.

  • Easy to track workouts through the app I invite my clients to, ‘Trainerize’. With many more in app features like exercise demo videos. Progressive overload has never been so easy! I push you through progressive overload (what it takes to grow and develop your muscles at a rapid rate), through my personalized workouts, created just for you and your goals. I schedule & organize for you in my client app “Trainerize”. It is an easy to use client and trainer communication app that guides you through your workouts every single week. It completely takes the thinking and wondering out of your workout plans- that’s my job!

  • Morning messages regarding the gym, nutrition, or the mental side of things along with a daily quote to get you going for the day!

  • 24/7 messaging to me directly through the app with any questions you may have.
